Four prototype designs have been developed by GM Architects; two for two bedroom type villas, and two for three bedroom type villas. The prototype design will constitute the base for the detailed design of your own villa and early buyers will be allowed to personalise both the interior and the exterior. Personalisation options include:
- Shape of the swimming pool
- Shape and position of the garden Jacuzzi
- Layout of bathrooms, including possibility of air-conditioning
- Change/upgrade of flooring materials
- Upgrade of internal bathtub to Jacuzzi bathtub
Our team of experienced architects and interior designers will propose solutions to satisfy your specific needs, so that each villa in The Layar will be tailored to its owner's taste and necessities. This will make each villa a unique realisation, with its peculiarities and spirit, communicating a true sense of distinction with unique personal touches.
